Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $9.99 per order
- Free shipping: on orders of $200.00 or more
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal before tax (if applicable).
Processing time
In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders containing backordered items may ship in multiple packages or after the full order is ready.
Backorders
When a product is out of stock, you may still purchase it on backorder. Backordered items are expected to ship within 30+ business days. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
Carriers and tracking
We ship via major carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on destination and package size. Tracking information is emailed when your order is marked shipped and is available in your account.
Storage in transit
Research peptides should be stored at 2–8°C upon receipt. We recommend arranging delivery to an address where packages can be received promptly and refrigerated.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review eligible claims and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns
Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, we generally do not accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised products. Unopened items may be considered for return only with prior written approval. Shipping costs for approved returns are the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We will assist with carrier claims where possible.
